Cancellations
Cancellations may be made by telephone but must be confirmed in writing. Please quote the appropriate reference LS-IS015. Cancellations submitted on or before Friday the 15th October 2010 are subject to a 50% administration fee. We regret that after this date we cannot give refunds although a substitute delegate is welcome.

Indemnity
Should for any reason outside the control of My Events conferences, the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions or industrial action, My Events conferences shall endeavour to reschedule but the client hereby indemnifies and holds My Events conferences harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, which are incurred by the client.
